Brian is the owner of Preferred Properties of Sarasota, and is a Real Estate Broker as well as a licensed mortgage broker at Gulf Atlantic Mortgage of the Suncoast, Inc.

Background:
Brian is from Sarasota and has been an active real estate professional for over 10 years. As such he can (and does) combine a lifetime of local knowledge with his Realtor and mortgage licenses to provide an in-depth service for his customers. When Brian is not engaged in the business of buying, selling, or financing real estate, a sailboat trip on Sarasota Bay is often on the agenda, as he is very involved in the local boating community, especially sailboats and the Sarasota Sailing Squadron. Other interests are music as Brian plays his violin, viola and and guitars.
